This page explains how Magic Mirror users can request account deletion and related data deletion.

How to Request Deletion

If the app provides an in-app deletion option, you can start from:

Magic Mirror app > Settings/Profile > Account > Delete Account

You can also email support@mgmrapp.com with the subject line Delete My Magic Mirror Account.

Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the deletion request. Please include the account email or user ID if available.

What Is Deleted

Account profile information associated with your Magic Mirror account.
Saved wardrobe items, outfit records, uploaded images, prompts, and generated results where technically available for deletion.
Community posts, comments, or profile content associated with your account where supported.
App preferences and non-essential account-linked data.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, backup integrity, or abuse investigation.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Deleting your Magic Mirror account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple. You may need to cancel active subscriptions through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after verification. Complex requests, legal obligations, or technical constraints may require additional time.
